SmallCapSignalsInfo is a digital subscription service delivered instantly upon purchase. Once you subscribe, you gain immediate access to real-time alerts, AI scoring, the scanner, and historical data — and that access cannot be returned or unused.
Why no refunds?
The Service is digital by nature. Catalysts, alerts, AI-scored events, and historical comparisons are delivered the moment your subscription becomes active. There is no physical product to return and no way to "un-consume" data that has been sent to you or accessed by you. Following industry practice for digital subscription products, all charges are final.
Try the Free tier first
We offer a permanent Free tier so you can evaluate the platform — live signal feed, basic AI scoring, and a watchlist — before committing to a paid plan. Pro also includes a 7-day trial. We strongly encourage you to use these options to confirm the Service is right for you before upgrading.
Cancellations
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first will result in immediate suspension of your account and may permanently ban your email and payment method from the Service. If you have a billing issue, please contact support@smallcapsignalsinfo.com first — we will work with you in good faith.
Exceptions
In rare cases, we may issue a refund or account credit at our sole discretion — for example, duplicate charges, billing errors on our end, or extended service outages caused by us. These exceptions are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
Statutory Rights
Where required by law (for example, certain consumer-protection statutes in the EU/UK), your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If you reside in a jurisdiction that requires cooling-off periods for digital goods, please contact support to learn how the relevant rules apply to your purchase.
