By creating an account or accessing SmallCapSignalsInfo ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SmallCapSignalsInfo is an information platform that aggregates SEC filings, FDA notices, press releases, and other public data, applies AI scoring, and delivers real-time catalyst alerts. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All sales are final. Because the Service is a digital product delivered instantly upon subscription, we do not offer refunds, prorated credits, or exchanges. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, redistribute, resell, or sublicense data or alerts from the Service.
• Share your account with others or operate multiple free accounts to bypass limits.
• Use the Service to manipulate markets, coordinate trades, or violate securities laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights.
• Interfere with, attack, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

All software, AI models, scoring methodologies, branding, and content (excluding raw third-party data) are the exclusive property of SmallCapSignalsInfo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading and research purposes only.

Data is sourced from third-party providers including SEC EDGAR, FDA, press-release wires, and market data vendors. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, and we are not liable for errors, omissions, or delays.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALERTS WILL ALWAYS BE TIMELY OR ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMALLCAPSIGNALSINFO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST OPPORTUNITY — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmallCapSignalsInfo from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Delaware; you waive any right to participate in a class action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
